I've spent the majority of my life trying to become the person I know God wants me to be. Some days are easier than others.

The last ffifty years I've been using the gift of words God has so graciously given, to help others believe that they, too, can become the person God wants them to be. Each day we allow His will to become our own, the closer we are to achieving that goal.

A word about the books offered on my site:  Gentle Echoes, A Touch of Sunshine, By His Stripes and Once Upon a Cross are poetry books written with "U" in mind.  Each book contains at least 80 or more poems. Many of which can be read in the poetry section of By His Mercy and Grace. FRIZZELDEE'S CATASTROPHE is a children's book written for ages 4 through 10.  Frizzeldee is a little frog who wants to learn to fly.  Read this exciting book to find out if his plan works.   The lesson taught, is this: We are all created in a special way, and need to be satisfied with the way God made us.

For His Mercy And Grace

For His mercy and His grace
gives me a better way –
to express this love He’s given me
each and every day,
By seeing a promise in the sunrise
joy behind each tear,
and no matter what I’m facing
His mercy makes things clear
I can see beyond my understanding
to a place where blood atones
covering my transgressions
with grace and grace alone.
