You're Not Alone

John 1:41-42

A sincere friendship lasts a lifetime.  You learn to trust that person, to know you can share your deepest feelings with them and they will still call you their friend.  They won’t judge you, or expect you to be anyone other than who you are.

But there is more to a friendship than feelings and trust.   A true friendship goes deeper, and reaches beyond the confines of this earth.  When we not only share feelings but our faith as well, we’re opening a brand new door…  the door to eternity.

As Christians we’re expected to bring our friends to Jesus… it’s “our job.”  But we aren’t alone in this process.   We have a church family.  And by bringing our friends to Church and introducing them to the family of God it gives us the strength we need to do that job.  It also brings unity to the Kingdom and brings us all closer to the place we need to be in our walk with the Lord.

Friendship is a gift from God.

Reach out and touch someone today… forever.
