United We Stand

1 Corinthians 1:9-10

 

Abba Father,

 

We are gathered here as Your sons and daughters with our eyes, hearts, and minds open to what

You have to say to us today.

 

Where two or more are gathered - there You are also. 

 

We welcome You, and praise You for being here among us.

 

Only You know the many different mountains we have climbed, and the ones lying ahead yet to

conquer.

 

We stand united today claiming Your many promises for our lives, Knowing every one will come true, Father, in Your good time.

 

A house divided against itself… cannot stand. 

 

Help us keep our focus on Your will, Lord, and walk forward unafraid... trusting You to lead.

 

God, we adore You, and thank You for being the omnipotent ruler, yet understanding Father You

are. 

 

You gave us the very best of Yourself when You gave us Your Son Jesus... in Whose precious

name we pray.
