On Paying Taxes

Paying Taxes

 

I've heard there are only two things we can count on in this life: Dying and, you guessed it, paying taxes.

 

I'd like to add one more thing to that list.  The unconditional love of our Heavenly Father.

 

God's love is limitless.  He knew us and loved us before we were even born. 

 

He loved us enough to send His only Son Jesus to the cross to die for our sins.

 

He left us two things when He returned to Heaven... the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us today, and His holy word, the Bible.

 

 

The book penned by holy hands and chock full of examples of unselfish love.  The kind of love even death will not erase.

 

Jesus, Himself, was the greatest example of this.

 

Unfortunately, we won't get out of this life without dying... or paying taxes for that matter.  But God's insatiable love will get us through both.
