As varied as the Stars
Fellowship is more than Sunday morning hugs... more than drinking a cup of coffee across the table from a stranger.
Even though our thoughts are as individualized as fingerprints, and as varied as the stars: God knows what we're thinking every moment of our lives.
It's hard to fathom God sees our future - guides our present - and forgives our past. Yet He does.
Why, then, do we feel we need more? Don't ask me.
But, it's important to us, for another person to be there when a catastrophe interrupts our usual routine of life.
We find comfort, seeing people on their knees on our behalf. Knowing our church family is there for us draws us closer to God and each other as the body of Christ.
God's great - He's omnipotent - He's our Lord and Savior.
Yet... there's nothing like a human hand on our shoulder, when we feel we can't possibly face what lies on the road ahead alone.
